Each month in Mid-Week Melt explores one broad area of wellbeing.

 Rather than following a rigid weekly structure, sessions are guided by what feels most supportive and relevant for the group at the time.

Below are examples of themes and prompts that may be explored across the month. Each week may draw from one or more of these, allowing the work to remain responsive, spacious, and grounded in real life.

This month may include gentle exploration of themes such as:
