How often should I listen?
For best results:
•  Daily for 14-21 days
•  Then 3–5 times per week
•  Then as needed (before triggers, sleep, stressful events)
Consistency matters more than intensity.
Best times to listen:
•  before sleep
•  on waking (before screens)
•  after work to unwind
•  when you notice stress building
