Welcome to Soulscape Transformational Change (“Soulscape”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, including all content, programs, services, resources, workshops, meditations, recordings, courses, and communications offered through it (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Nature of Services (Important)

Soulscape provides personal development, educational, therapeutic-informed, and wellbeing services, including counselling-informed content, hypnotherapy, guided meditations, group programs, workshops, and written resources.

Soulscape does not provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency services.

You understand and agree that:

  • Soulscape is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment
  • You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support for medical or mental health concerns
  • You should consult a qualified health professional before making changes to medication or treatment plans

3. Guide, Not Healer

Soulscape honours the principle that each person’s body and nervous system holds its own innate wisdom for healing and change.

Our role is to:

  • Provide guidance, tools, and supportive experiences
  • Facilitate insight, awareness, and self-connection

We do not “heal”, “fix”, or guarantee outcomes.
Your results depend on many factors unique to you, including your readiness, circumstances, and ongoing support.

4. No Guarantees

While many people experience positive changes, results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Soulscape makes no promises or warranties regarding:

  • Specific outcomes
  • Symptom reduction
  • Emotional, physical, or psychological results
  • Personal, relational, or financial changes

Any testimonials or examples shared are individual experiences, not guarantees.

5. Personal Responsibility

By using this website or participating in any Soulscape service, you acknowledge that:

  • You take full responsibility for your wellbeing, choices, and actions
  • You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
  • You will stop any exercise or practice that feels unsafe or overwhelming and seek support if needed

If at any time you feel at risk of harm to yourself or others, please seek immediate support from:

  • Emergency services (000 in Australia)
  • Lifeline (13 11 14)
  • A trusted health professional

6. Mandatory Reporting & Safety

In line with Australian law and ethical practice, Soulscape may be required to take action if:

  • There is a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or another person
  • There is a disclosure of abuse or neglect involving a child or vulnerable person

Where possible, this will be approached with care, transparency, and respect.

7. Use of Content

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Soulscape Transformational Change unless otherwise stated.

You may:

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content without written permission

8. Online Programs, Groups & Community Spaces

If you participate in group programs, memberships, or online communities:

  • You understand group spaces are not crisis support environments
  • Soulscape is not responsible for the actions, opinions, or conduct of other participants

We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

9. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Where paid services are offered:

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
  • Payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation conditions will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase

Unless otherwise stated, refunds are not guaranteed once a program or service has commenced.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Soulscape is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from use of this website or Services
  • You agree to use the Services at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
